By registering and making payment, you acknowledge that all purchases are final. There is no cooling-off period, and no refunds will be provided after payment is made, without exception.
1.2 Cancellation by the Organiser
Ibnu Sina Wellness Sdn Bhd reserves the right to cancel the programme/treatment for any reason by giving written notice to you. In the event of such cancellation by us, you are only entitled to a full refund of the amount you have paid, free of any interest. You agree that no other claims for costs, expenses, losses, damages, or liabilities may be made against us as a result of such cancellation.
1.3 No Refunds for Participant Cancellations
By registering, you agree that no refunds will be issued for cancellations made by the participant after payment, except in the event of cancellation by Ibnu Sina Wellness Sdn Bhd as stated in Clause 1.2.
1.4 Transfer of Slot (No Admin Transfer Fee)
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your paid slot/treatment/programme to another individual without any administrative transfer fee, subject to:
- Written notice being provided at least 14 working days before the programme/treatment date.
- Full contact details of the replacement participant being included.
- Approval by the management.
1.5 Changes in Date or Format
Ibnu Sina Wellness Sdn Bhd reserves the right to change the date, venue, or format of the programme/treatment if necessary, with reasonable notice provided.
